At KPEC Schools, we maintain clear policies and guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all members of our school community.
Our Policies
Safety & Security Policy
We prioritize the safety and security of all students. Our campus is equipped with security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and controlled access points. All visitors must register at the security post.
Academic Integrity
Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic honesty. Cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
Uniform & Dress Code
All students must wear the prescribed school uniform at all times during school hours. The uniform must be clean, well-pressed, and worn appropriately. PE uniforms are required for sports activities.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance. Parents must notify the school in advance of any planned absence and provide a medical certificate for illness.
Anti-Bullying Policy
KPEC Schools has zero tolerance for bullying of any kind. All students have the right to learn in a safe and supportive environment. Any form of harassment will be addressed immediately.
Child Protection Policy
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children. All staff are trained in child protection procedures, and we work closely with parents to ensure the well-being of every student.
Student Code of Conduct
Every student at KPEC Schools is expected to:
Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times
Arrive at school on time and be prepared for lessons
Complete all assignments and homework on time
Take care of school property and the environment
Use appropriate language and behavior
Follow all safety rules and procedures
Participate actively in school activities
Represent the school positively in the community
